These meatballs have always been a favorite comfort food for me! When I take them to a party, I never get to bring home any leftovers! :-( The good thing is the meatballs can be made ahead of time and frozen!

Ingredients
- 2 pounds ground beef
- 2 - eggs
- 1 cup bread crumbs, dry
- 1 large jar of grape jelly
- 2 packages of chili seasoning
How To Make no leftover cocktail meatballs

Step 1In large mixing bowl, combine beef, bread crumbs and eggs. Knead until all ingredients are well-blended.

Step 2In 4-quart crock pot, place grape jelly and chili seasoning on high.

Step 3Take a tablespoon and scoop out meat mixture. Roll into a ball. Repeat.

Step 4In a preheated skillet, start cooking meatballs approximately 5-7 minutes.

Step 5As meatballs become done, place in crock pot. By the time all meatball are done, turn crock down to low and cook for an additional hour. Enjoy!
