These meatballs have always been a favorite comfort food for me! When I take them to a party, I never get to bring home any leftovers! :-( The good thing is the meatballs can be made ahead of time and frozen!

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds ground beef
  • 2 - eggs
  • 1 cup bread crumbs, dry
  • 1 large jar of grape jelly
  • 2 packages of chili seasoning

How To Make no leftover cocktail meatballs

  • Step 1
    In large mixing bowl, combine beef, bread crumbs and eggs. Knead until all ingredients are well-blended.
  • Step 2
    In 4-quart crock pot, place grape jelly and chili seasoning on high.
  • Step 3
    Take a tablespoon and scoop out meat mixture. Roll into a ball. Repeat.
  • Step 4
    In a preheated skillet, start cooking meatballs approximately 5-7 minutes.
  • Step 5
    As meatballs become done, place in crock pot. By the time all meatball are done, turn crock down to low and cook for an additional hour. Enjoy!
