How to Make My Sister Betty's Homemade Sausage
- Mix and make into rolls 1 1/2 x 5 inches. Wrap in foil and refrigerate 24 hours.
- Bake 1 hour @ 330 degrees in open pan still wrapped in foil (use pan with sides). Cool a little.
- Unwrap and drain off all accumulated water and fat. Rewrap in clean foil and refrigerate.
