liquid smoke (very necessary)
1 Tbsp
mustard seed
2 Tbsp
morton tender quick salt (this brand only)
1/4 tsp
1/8 tsp
garlic powder
3/4 c

How to Make My Sister Betty's Homemade Sausage


  • 1Mix and make into rolls 1 1/2 x 5 inches. Wrap in foil and refrigerate 24 hours.
  • 2Bake 1 hour @ 330 degrees in open pan still wrapped in foil (use pan with sides). Cool a little.
  • 3Unwrap and drain off all accumulated water and fat. Rewrap in clean foil and refrigerate.
