How to Make Mom's Sausage Poofs


  1. Brown sausage as you normally would and drain well.
  2. Microwave cheese whiz so it is warm and a little runny.
  3. Mix together the cheese whiz and sausage. Then, add the bisquick to the mixture.
  4. Mix together well and the dallop the mixture onto a baking tray (ungreased).
  5. Cook in oven for about 10-12 minutes depending on how big you make them.
