I love Miss. J's Potato Dogs because the recipe is a great snack idea. It's a meat and potato meal. The Potato topping is a great way to replace french fries. I love it most because its a quick meal.

1 package hot dogs
1 package hot dog buns
1 cup instant potato flakes, dry
6 dashes ketchup
2 teaspoons mustard
3 pinches onion
1 cup water

How To Make miss. j's potato dog

Step 1

Heat two small pots of water on high

Step 2

Add Hot Dogs to one pot Add Instant Potatoes to the next pot,stir until mixed even Add Onion Powder Add Mustard
Step 3

Place two hotdog buns on a plate Place a hotdog on each bun Top with potatoes Add Ketchup
