Ingredients
- MEATBALLS
- 2 tablespoons white miso
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon grated ginger
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- salt and white pepper
- 1 pound ground pork
- 3 green onions chopped
- 1/2 cup panko bread crumbs
- 1 egg
- 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
- MISO KETCHUP
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1 tablespoon red miso
- 1 tablespoon dry minced onion
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
How To Make miso pork meatball with miso ketchup

Step 1Mix the 6 ingredients together until the miso is smooth. Add the pork, green onions, breadcrumbs and egg. Mix well and roll into balls. Preheat oven 350 degrees.

Step 2Brown the meatballs in the vegetable oil in an oven safe pan. Once browned on all sides place in the oven for about 15 to 20 minutes.

Step 3While the meatballs cook mix the ingredients for the ketchup together. Serve the ketchup with the meatballs.
