  • MEATBALLS
  • 2 Tbsp
    white miso
  • 4 clove
    garlic minced
  • 1 Tbsp
    grated ginger
  • 1 Tbsp
    soy sauce
  • 2 tsp
    sugar
  • salt and white pepper
  • 1 lb
    ground pork
  • 3
    green onions chopped
  • 1/2 c
    panko bread crumbs
  • 1
    egg
  • 3 Tbsp
    vegetable oil
  • MISO KETCHUP
  • 1/2 c
    ketchup
  • 1 Tbsp
    red miso
  • 1 Tbsp
    dry minced onion
  • 2 tsp
    lemon juice

How To Make miso pork meatball with miso ketchup

    Mix the 6 ingredients together until the miso is smooth. Add the pork, green onions, breadcrumbs and egg. Mix well and roll into balls. Preheat oven 350 degrees.

    Brown the meatballs in the vegetable oil in an oven safe pan. Once browned on all sides place in the oven for about 15 to 20 minutes.

    While the meatballs cook mix the ingredients for the ketchup together. Serve the ketchup with the meatballs.
