Ingredients
- 2 packages miniature cocktail rye bread
- 2 pounds hamburger meat, cooked and drained
- 2 pounds ground sausage, hot or mild
- 2 pounds velveeta cheese
- 2 cans chopped green chilies
- 1 small onion, diced (optional)
How To Make miniature pizzas

Step 1Brown meats and drain.

Step 2Add cheese and stir in green chilies. On low heat, stir until cheese is melted and blended.

Step 3Put on cocktail rye bread.

Step 4Bake at 350 degrees fro 12-15 minutes or until toasted.

Step 5Note: can be layered in covered dish between wax paper and frozen. Take out as needed. Also, this recipe can be halved.easily.
