This is a great appetizer that is good during football games or just as a snack for after school.

Ingredients

  • 2 packages miniature cocktail rye bread
  • 2 pounds hamburger meat, cooked and drained
  • 2 pounds ground sausage, hot or mild
  • 2 pounds velveeta cheese
  • 2 cans chopped green chilies
  • 1 small onion, diced (optional)

How To Make miniature pizzas

  • Step 1
    Brown meats and drain.
  • Step 2
    Add cheese and stir in green chilies. On low heat, stir until cheese is melted and blended.
  • Step 3
    Put on cocktail rye bread.
  • Step 4
    Bake at 350 degrees fro 12-15 minutes or until toasted.
  • Step 5
    Note: can be layered in covered dish between wax paper and frozen. Take out as needed. Also, this recipe can be halved.easily.
