Ingredients

1 pkg
won ton wrappers
1 lb
ground beef or turkey
1-8 oz
frontera taco skillet sauce (package)

GARNISHES:

diced tomatoes
mexican shredded cheese
sour cream
shredded lettuce
diced avocado

How to Make Mini Mexican Taco Bites

Step-by-Step

  • 1Prepare your skillet and season then brown your ground beef/turkey until no longer pink. Drain, if necessary.
  • 2Add in your Frontera Taco Skillet sauce or whatever taco seasoning sauce you are using. Once done, cover and put to the side.
  • 3TO PREPARE WONTON WRAPPERS:
    You will need: mini muffin tray, non-stick spray and won ton wrappers
  • 4Preheat oven to 350F
  • 5Take one wrapper and spray with nonstick spray then fit the wrapper into the mini muffin.
  • 6When tray is filled, place into the oven and watch carefully until the wrappers turn a golden brown. Do not get distracted as they turn very quickly.
  • 7When wrappers are golden brown, remove from oven and wait for them to cool, then remove them and place on a rack and proceed to stuff them as you would a regular taco.
