Ingredients
- 1 1/2 tablespoons bacardi light rum
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 - pressed garlic clove
- 1 tablespoon ground ginger
- 1 pound ground chuck
- 1 tablespoon parsley
How To Make mini meat balls

Step 1combine bacardi, soy sauce, garlic, parsley and ginger. blend in ground chuck.

Step 2shape into balls about 1 inch in diameter. bake at 300 degrees for about 12 to 15 minutes, turning only once. serve with wooden picks.
