bacardi light rum
2 Tbsp
soy sauce
pressed garlic clove
1 Tbsp
ground ginger
1 lb
ground chuck
1 Tbsp

How to Make Mini Meat Balls


  • 1combine bacardi, soy sauce, garlic, parsley and ginger. blend in ground chuck.
  • 2shape into balls about 1 inch in diameter. bake at 300 degrees for about 12 to 15 minutes, turning only once. serve with wooden picks.
