Ingredients
- 1 can biscuits (large flaky)
- 1 package pepperoni (sliced)
- 1 package mozzarella cheese (shredded)
- 1 package ricotta cheese
- - olive oil, extra virgin
How To Make mini calzones

Step 1On clean flat work surface put a few drops of extra virgin olive oil down.

Step 2Open your can of biscuits, and flatten out.

Step 3Add five pepperoni's to the biscuit.

Step 4Add one tsp of ricotta cheese.

Step 5Add a tbsp of mozzarella cheese.

Step 6Fold over and seal biscuit by pinching the sides together.

Step 7Bake: 350 degrees for 10 - 12 minutes. Serve with your favorite spaghetti sauce.
