Ingredients

  • 2 pounds hambermeat
  • 2 cups cornbread crumbled
  • 2 cans enchalada sauce i use ole el paso
  • 1 can tomato sauce
  • 1 can green chiles, mild
  • 11/2 cups cheedar cheese

How To Make mexican meatballs

  • Step 1
    Mix hamber meat,cornbread,greenchiles,1/2 can of enchala sauce. Roll into half dollar size meatballs . Put in a long baking dish and bake about thirty minutes @ 350 0/0 mix rest of enchalada sauce and tomatosauce pour over cooked meatballs Ssprinkle 1/2 cups of cheedar cheese and bake about 15 minutes longer untill cheese melts good. Stick toothpic in each meatball
