finely chopped red onion
slices of american cheese, halved
slider buns, toasted.
4 slice
bacon, cooked and cut in half
1/2 c
1/2 c
sweet baby ray's bbq sauce

How to Make Memphis Style BBQ Sliders


  • 1Heat Grill to Med-High heat.
  • 2Mix meat and onions. Shape into 8 small patties.
  • 3Grill 3 minutes on each side, until done. (internal temp of 160 degrees). Top with half of cheese slice for last minute of cooking.
  • 4Place burger on bun and top with coleslaw, bacon, and BBQ sauce.
