- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped red onion
- 4 slices American cheese, halved
- 8 - slider buns, toasted.
- 4 slices bacon, cooked and cut in half
- 1/2 cup coleslaw
- 1/2 cup Sweet Baby Ray's bbq sauce
How To Make memphis style bbq sliders

Step 1Heat grill to med-high heat. Mix meat and onions.

Step 2Shape into 8 small patties.

Step 3Grill for 3 minutes on each side, until done. (internal temp of 160 degrees).

Step 4Top with half of the cheese slice for the last minute of cooking.

Step 5Place burger on bun and top with coleslaw.
