Ingredients
- MEATLOAF
- 1 large egg, beaten
- 1 cup milk
- 2 cups soft white bread, crumbled in food processor
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 pounds ground beef
- 1 pound ground pork
- TOPPING
- 1/2 cup dark brown sugar
- 1/3 cup ketchup
- parsley, to garnish
How To Make meatloaf muffins

Step 1Spray 2 muffin pans with cooking spray. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. To make the meatloaf, add the egg, milk, bread, salt, Worcestershire Sauce, thyme, paprika and pepper in a large bowl.

Step 2Mix in the ground beef and pork. Mix well and place in each of the muffin cups. Bake for 25 minutes.

Step 3Meanwhile, make the topping by combining brown sugar and ketchup. Place a spoon full of topping on top of each meatloaf muffin. Bake another 10 minutes. Garnish with parsley.
