meatballs with a kick

Growing up, this was my son's favorite appetizer. These meatballs are easy to put together and have just the right amount of kick to them. Enjoy!

Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 - egg
- 3 tablespoons dry bread crumbs
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1/2 teaspoon louisiana hot sauce
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 tablespoons louisiana hot sauce
How To Make meatballs with a kick

Step 1Combine ground beef, egg, dry bread crumbs, garlic salt and 1/2 tsp. hot sauce. Mix thoroughly and shape into 3/4 inch balls. Bake at 375 for 15 minutes.

Step 2In a saucepan melt butter and then add cornstarch. Stir to blend. Add the water, ketchup,and remaining 2 tablespoons of hot sauce. Simmer until thickened. Add meatballs and heat through
