Ingredients

  • 1 pound fresh ground beef
  • 1/2 pound fresh ground pork
  • 2 large egg, beaten
  • 1 1/4 cups italian bread crumbs
  • 1 medium onion, chopped fine
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed and minced
  • 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
  • to taste pinch salt and black pepper
  • SWEET AND TANGY MEAT BALLS
  • SAUCE
  • 14 ounces grape jelly spoon out in to crock pot
  • 2 tablespoons your favorite mustard
  • 1 medium mince a onion up and put in too
  • 1/8 cup brown saugar and ketchup
  • 1 pinch salt and pepper
  • - meatballs should be done so add them to sauce

How To Make meatballs

  • Step 1
    mixing put meats in bowl 1st and punch a well into the center of meat. Fill well with the egg, bread crumbs, onion, garlic, , Worcestershire, a little salt and pepper. Mix up meatball ingredients until well combined, yet not over-mixed.make bite size meat balls like size of a sausage balls shaped into balls. preheat oven to 400 Place meatballs in oven and roast about 12 to 15 minutes. Break a meatball open and make sure meat is cooked through before removing from the oven.

    while that is in the oven lets start the sauce have a crockpot heating up 1st,1 14oz jar or grape jelly spoon out in to crock pot 2nd, take 2 tablespoons of your favorite mustard plcae in with grape jelley 3rd,mince a small onion up and put in too 4th,at 1/8 cup brown saugar and ketchup 5th,mixed together add a pinch of salt and pepper 6th, meatballs should be done so add them to sauce and fold them in easy and turn your crock pot on low and serve 10min they will be good allday,
