mary's reuben dip
We went to a party with some friends and one brought this dip...my hubby LOVES reuben sandwiches, so this was an immediate hit. I'm not such a big fan, but this dip turned my attitude around quickly! Super yummy!

Ingredients
- 10 ounces chipped beef, chopped
- 2 tablespoons horseradish (i did heaping)
- 8 ounces swiss cheese, shredded
- 2 tablespoons thousand island dressing (i did 4 tablespoons)
- 16 ounces sauerkraut, well drained
- 1 cup hellman's mayo
- 8 ounces shredded cheddar
- - rye bread for serving
How To Make mary's reuben dip
-
Step 1Chop and mix beef, cheese and kraut. Mix mayo, horseradish and dressing. Add both together. Put into 9" pie plate (or bigger and double like Mary does because she likes lots more dressing). Bake at 325 degrees for 20 min until cheese melts. Serve with rye bread.

Step 2I made for New Year's Eve 2019, a double batch. When I added the thousand island dressing, and mixed into the mix, I then added more. I used almost 3/4 bottle in total. Put into crockpot on warm to melt together and make it easy to transport. It literally took up the entire crockpot with a double recipe. YUM
