Ingredients
- 1 medium package of ground chuck
- 1 small onion chopped
- 6 - slices of white bread cut in small pieces
- 1 - one egg
- 4 tablespoons of worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- SAUCE FOR CROCK POT
- 1 small ketchup
- 1 small yellow mustard
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
- 1 1/2 cups worcestershire sauce
- 1 box dark brown sugar
How To Make marys meatballs

Step 1Mix your ground chuck and onions,bread crumbs,egg,worcestershire sauce,pepper flakes and salt and pepper to your taste

Step 2Mix and roll into balls Put on lined sheet pan bake at 350 for 6 min turn over and bake till brown on top about 3 more min.

Step 3Put your brown sugar worcestershire sauce, mustard,ketchup,vinegar,in the crock pot stir till blended add your meatball cook for 20 min more and put crock pot on warm and serve
