These little drumettes are great to serve as an appetizer..and so easy!

Ingredients

1 1/4 cups crushed plain tortilla chips
1 package (1.25 ounces ) lawreys taco seasoning mix, or any taco seasoning mix
18 - 20 - chicken drummetes
- salsa for dipping

How To Make mariachi drumsticks

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 In a large plastic bag ( I use a freezer bag) combine crushed chips and taco seasoning mix. Dampen chicken with water and shake off excess. Place a few pieces at a time in plastic bag; shake thoroughly to to coat with chips.

Step 2

Arrange in greased shallow baking pan; bake uncovered 30-45 minutes or until chicken is crispy. Serve with salsa, ranch dressing,or blue cheese dressing for dipping.
