Ingredients
- 2 - eggs
- 1 cup dry bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 2 pounds lean ground beef
- SAUCE
- 3 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1 cup orange marmalade
- 4 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 clove garlic grated
- 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
How To Make make ahead meatballs

Step 1In large bowl, combine the first 6 ingredients. Crumble beef over all and mix well. Shape into 1 inch balls.

Step 2Place meatballs on greased racks in shallow baking pans. Bake at 400 for 10 - 15 minutes or until no longer pink, turning often. Drain. Cool, then freeze or serve while hot with sauce below.

Step 3Sauce: In a sauce pan, combine sauce ingredients. Bring to a boil; cook and stir 2 minutes until thickened. Pour over meatballs and serve with toothpicks.
