Ingredients

2
eggs
1 c
dry bread crumbs
1/4 c
onion, finely chopped
2 tsp
salt
1 tsp
worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp
pepper
2 lb
lean ground beef

SAUCE

3 Tbsp
cornstarch
1 c
orange marmalade
4 Tbsp
soy sauce
1 clove
garlic grated
3 Tbsp
fresh lemon juice

How to Make Make ahead Meatballs

Step-by-Step

  • 1In large bowl, combine the first 6 ingredients. Crumble beef over all and mix well. Shape into 1 inch balls.
  • 2Place meatballs on greased racks in shallow baking pans. Bake at 400 for 10 - 15 minutes or until no longer pink, turning often. Drain. Cool, then freeze or serve while hot with sauce below.
  • 3Sauce: In a sauce pan, combine sauce ingredients. Bring to a boil; cook and stir 2 minutes until thickened. Pour over meatballs and serve with toothpicks.
