How To Make magnificent cherry meatballs
-
Step 1To make the meatballs, add the onion and garlic to a food processor. Add 1 cup of water and puree until smooth.
-
Step 2Pour into a large bowl. Add the bread crumbs and eggs. Let them get soaked in the puree.
-
Step 3Add in the veal, pork, and Parmesan cheese.
-
Step 4Season with salt and pepper. Fry up a small piece to taste and make sure they are seasoned well. Roll into 24 meatballs and place on a baking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes.
-
Step 5Meanwhile, make the sauce. Add all the ingredients together in a small saucepan.
-
Step 6Bring to a boil and reduce to a simmer for 5 minutes. Place the meatballs in a Crock Pot and pour the sauce over top.
