Ingredients
- 1 pound ground pork
- 1/2 cup onions, minced
- 1/2 cup carrots, minced
- 1/4 cup scallions, minced
- 2 tablespoons parsley, chopped
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 - egg
- 1/4 tablespoon soy sauce
- - lumpia wrappers
- 3 cups cooking oil
How To Make lumpia

Step 1Mix pork, vegetables, egg, soy sauce, and salt and pepper in large bowl.

Step 2Place 1 1/2 tablespoons on lumpia wrapper about 2 inches from top. Fold top over. Fold both sides in. Roll tightly.

Step 3Heat oil in frying pan on medium. Cook lumpia, turning frequently, until golden brown. Drain on paper towels.
