Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 pound ground pork
- 1 cup carrots, chopped
- 1 cup jicama or waterchestnuts, chopped
- 1 cup celery, chopped
- 1 cup red bell pepper, chopped
- 1 cup green onion, thinly chopped
- 1 teaspoon salt and pepper
- 2 - eggs
- 1 dash seasoned all
- 2 packages lumpia wrapper at most oriental market
How To Make lumpia (filipino eggroll)

Step 1Mix all ingredients except green onion and the wrapper. Try to mix it well for even taste, Then add the green onion, just mix it gently.

Step 2Put a spoonfull of mixed on the eggroll wrapper,and wrap it, according to direction on the package.

Step 3Put 1/2 a cup of oil on the skillet(deep fryer is ok too)let the oil get hot, start frying the lumpia (turn the heat to medium), brown both sides and put it on a strainer w/ paper towels.
