Ingredients
- 1 package wonton wrappers
- 1 package little smokies
- 1 1/2 cups bbq sauce, divided
- 5-6 slices bacon cheddar cheese
- - canola oil for frying
How To Make little smokie wonton bites

Step 1Put 1 tbsp oil in skillet. Add smokies and 1/4 cup bbq sauce. Saute 3-5 mins till coated. Cool slightly

Step 2Cut each cheese slice into 8 pieces.

Step 3Place a wonton wrapper on a flat surface. Put one piece of cheese and one smokie slightly below center.

Step 4Fold up the bottom corner of wrapper.

Step 5Fold in the sides. Moisten edges with water.

Step 6Roll up the wrapper egg roll style sealing with the moistened edge. continue until all the smokies are wrapped.

Step 7Fry in canola oil for 2-3 minutes till golden brown. Drain on paper towel lined plate. Serve with bbq or ranch sauce for dipping
