How to Make Little Smokey Joes
- 1Cut bacon strips in thirds. wrap one piece of bacon around each sausage and secure with a toothpick.
- 2Place wrapped sausages in a foil-lined baking pan. Sprinkle with brown sugar.
- 3Bake, uncovered, at 400 degrees for about 30 minutes until bacon is crisp and sausages is heated through. Brown sugar will be thick syrup by this time.
- 4Remove from pan and arrange on plate for serving. Best when served warm from the oven.
