Ingredients
- 1 pound bacon, may take more
- 1 package miniature smoked sausage links
- 1 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
How To Make little smokey joes

Step 1Cut bacon strips in thirds. wrap one piece of bacon around each sausage and secure with a toothpick.

Step 2Place wrapped sausages in a foil-lined baking pan. Sprinkle with brown sugar.

Step 3Bake, uncovered, at 400 degrees for about 30 minutes until bacon is crisp and sausages is heated through. Brown sugar will be thick syrup by this time.

Step 4Remove from pan and arrange on plate for serving. Best when served warm from the oven.
