Ingredients
- 40 wonton wrappers
- FILLING
- 7 ounces napa cabbage, chopped
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3 ounces glass noodles
- 1 1/2 pounds ground pork
- 1 cup green onions, chopped
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons mirin
- 1 teaspoon ginger paste
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- DIPPING SAUCE
- 6 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons Hoisin sauce
- 3 tablespoons water
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 teaspoons chili crisp
- 4 scallions, fine chop
How To Make korean style dumplings

Step 1Place the cabbage in a bowl and add the salt, and mix it into the cabbage. Let it sit for 10 minutes, then squeeze out the excess water. Set aside

Step 2Boil the glass noodles for about 5 minutes, then drain and cut into small pieces. Place the pork, cabbage, green onions, noodles, soy sauce, mirin, ginger paste, soy sauce and sesame oil. Mix well.

Step 3Place a spoonful of the pork mixture into the middle of each wonton wrapper.

Step 4Rub some water on the edges and fold in half, and pinch together, making a crimped edge.

Step 5Once all have been completed, place the wontons in batches in a steamer.

Step 6Once steamed, brown them in a skillet with a little oil.

Step 7For the dipping sauce, mix all the ingredients together and serve with the dumplings.
