1 lbground round

1egg, lightly beaten

1/4 cdry bread crumbs

1/4 cgreen onions, thinly sliced

1 Tbspsoy sauce

1/2 tspsalt

1/2 tspsugar

·horseradish sauce-see recipe below.
How to Make KOREAN MEATBALLS
- Combine all ingredients and blend well. Shape into 1-inch balls. Place meatballs on rimmed baking sheet and bake, uncovered, in a 500 degrees oven for 5 minutes, or until lightly browned. Serve meatballs in a chafing dish along side horseradish sauce.
- HORSERADISH SAUCE:
In small bowl combine.
2 to 4 tablespoons prepared horseradish
1/2 cup thinly sliced green onion
4 teaspoons dry mustard
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup sour cream
1 teaspoon lemon juice
Transfer into dish deep enough for dipping meatballs.
