Ingredients
- MEATBALLS
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 pound ground pork
- 4 - green onions chopped
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 1 large egg
- 2 teaspoons ginger grated
- 2 tablespoons gochujang sauce
- 1 teaspoon salt
- GLAZE
- 1 cup apricot jam
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons gochujang sauce
- GARNISH
- - fresh chopped chives
How To Make korean meatballs

Step 1Preheat oven 400 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Mix all the ingredients for the meatballs together. Shape into small 1 inch meatballs. Place them on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes.

Step 2Meanwhile mix all ingredients for sauce together in a saucepan and cook just until warmed through and well incorporated.

Step 3Toss the meatballs in the glaze. Garnish with the chives
