Ingredients
- 1 bag nacho cheese chips
- 2 cups Kimchi, chopped
- 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 pound ground beef
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Gochujang sauce
- 1 cup sour cream
- 4 tablespoons Gochujang sauce for drizzle

Step 1Place the ground beef in a pan and add the brown sugar, soy sauce, garlic, and gochujang sauce. Cook until the meat is no longer pink.

Step 2Place the chips on 4 plates. Top with the beef, then the Kimchi, then the cheeses.

Step 3Place in the microwave until the cheese is melted.

Step 4Drizzle one tablespoon of the Gochujang over each plate and top with a scoop of sour cream.
