How To Make korean kimchi beef nachos

1Place the ground beef in a pan and add the brown sugar, soy sauce, garlic, and gochujang sauce. Cook until the meat is no longer pink.

2Place the chips on 4 plates. Top with the beef, then the Kimchi, then the cheeses.

3Place in the microwave until the cheese is melted.

4Drizzle one tablespoon of the Gochujang over each plate and top with a scoop of sour cream.
