Grandma W would make these for something different than her cocktail meatballs. They were very good!

How To Make kielbasa appetizers, grandma w
-
Step 1Take the kielbasa, cut into angled circles, about 1/4-1/2 inch thick, depending how you like them. Put into a skillet with apple juice. Fry. When you flip to the other side, you may need to add more apple juice. Serve warm with toothpicks.
-
Step 2Note: you could keep these in a crockpot, on REALLY low but I would put some apple juice in the bottom so it doesn't stick, and be prepared to add more if necessary.
