Ingredients
- 1/2 pound sweet Italian sausage
- 1/2 pound ground beef
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 cup dry bread crumbs
- olive oil
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
How To Make italian meatballs

Step 1Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

Step 2In a small mixing bowl or stand mixer, combine sausage, ground beef, salt, pepper, and bread crumbs. Blend ingredients thoroughly.

Step 3Prepare a baking pan by greasing with olive oil. Set aside.

Step 4Divide the mixed ingredients into 4 equal amounts. Approximately 1/4 lb each. Shape into a ball and lightly grease the outside with olive oil. Place all 4 pieces in the pan and bake for 30 minutes.

Step 5Remove from oven and add marinara sauce equally to each meatball. Place back in oven for 5 minutes.

Step 6Remove from oven and add mozzarella cheese. Return to oven for 5 minutes. Remove. Plate. Enjoy.
