Ingredients
- 1/4 pound genoa salami ( diced)
- 1/4 pound pepperoni ( diced )
- 1/4 pound ham ( diced)
- 1/4 pound provolone cheese ( diced )
- 1/2 cup pepperoncini peppers (chopped)
- 1/2 cup tomatoes ( diced)
- 1 bag shredded lettuce or 3 cups hand shredded or chopped
- 1/2 cup red onion ( diced )
- you can add additional ingredients if you like such as black olives, pickle etc
- DRESSING
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
How To Make ~ italian hoagie dip ~

Step 1In a medium bowl, mix together the dressing ingredients and set aside. * If making ahead cover and refrigerate.

Step 2In another bowl add the diced meats and cheese and mix. If serving right away add the peppers, onion, tomato, lettuce and dressing. Lightly stir to combine. * I don't usually add the other ingredients to the meat and cheese until right before serving to keep the lettuce from getting too soggy. Serve with sliced baguettes or pita chips are great as well!
