8 inch corn tortillas
1/2 lb

ground beef
1/2 pkg

taco seasoning
1/2 c

shredded cheddar cheese
12 lg

eggs
pico de gallo
sour cream

How To Make huevos rancheros cups

Brown the ground beef and taco seasoning in a skillet. Warm the tortilla chips. Spray a muffin tin cut each tortilla into 4 pieces. Place two pieces tortillas in each muffin tin.

Top each tortilla with ground beef. Top with cheese. Break an egg on top of cheese.

Bake in preheated 350 degrees oven for 15 minutes. Top with pico de gallo and sour cream
