This is a simple yet delicious recipe that I’ve served for more than 30 years. It’s always a hit. A great appetizer/snack recipe.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground chuck
  • 1 pound hot sausage
  • 2 pounds velveeta cheese, cut in small cubes
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted

How To Make hot sausage dip

  • Step 1
    Brown ground chuck and sausage and drain. Put in crockpot that has been sprayed with non-stick cooking spray.
  • Step 2
    Add remaining ingredients. Cook on high for 2 hours. Stir after 1 hour.
  • Step 3
    Serve with tortilla chips.
