I love this little party sandwich. Great for the kids...just the right size....

Ingredients

  • 2 packages (9.25 oz.)dinner rolls
  • 2/3 cup peach preserves
  • 1/2 cup mustard-mayonnaise blend
  • 3/4-1 pound thinly sliced deli roast beef, chopped
  • 1/2 pound havarti cheese

How To Make hot roast beef party sandwiches...

  • Step 1
    Remove rolls from packages.(I use Pepperidge Farm..Do not separated rolls.) Cut rolls in half horizontally, creating 1 top and 1 bottom per package.Spread preserves on cut side of top rolls.Spread mustard-mayo blend on bottom side of roll.Top with roast beef and cheese. Cover with top half of rolls,preserve side down, and wrap in aluminum foil. Bake at 325 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes or until cheese is melted. Slice in individual sandwiches.
