- 8 ounces cream cheese softened
- 1/2 cup 1000 island dressing
- 2 cups shredded swiss cheese
- 1 cup corned beef chopped
- 1 14 oz can sauerkraut drained
How To Make hot reuben dip

Step 1Mix the cream cheese, 1000 island dressing, half the Swiss cheese, corned beef, and sauerkraut. Place in a slow cooker. Cook on low 4 hours then top with the remaining Swiss cheese. Cook until cheese is melted.

Step 2Serve with pita chips, tortilla chips or party bread
