1Chop the onion, pepperoncini, lettuce and tomato into bite sized pieces. Dice the meats and cheese.
2Combine the chopped vegetables, meats and cheese in a large bowl. Add the mayonnaise, oil, oregano, basil and red pepper flakes. Stir until all ingredients are well mixed. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
3Carve out the center of the Italian bread to make a bowl. Be careful not to cut through the crust. Cut the scraps into bite sized pieces. Spoon the Hoagy dip into the bread bowl. Serve extra bread and Hoagy roll pieces to scoop it up.
