hot sauce

How to Make Heavenly Wings in Hell


  • 1Lightly season wings with salt and pepper, bake at 350 for 35-45 minutes.
  • 2Toss cooked wings in hot sauce. *see tips
  • 3While wings are baking: In a separate dish melt pepper jelly in microwave with water and salt (about a minute). Put sauce aside. Preheat grill.
  • 4Grill wings to a nice char. Turn flame way down or off. Brush wings with jelly mixture on both side and close grill for just a minute to set the glaze
