This is another always on the menu for our Sunday Night Dinner Appetizer meal. Everyone loves these, even the picky eaters!

  • 1 lb
    hot bulk pork sausage
  • 1 lb
    lean ground beef
  • 1 lb
    soft cheddar cheese, cut in blocks
  • 1 tsp
    worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp
  • 1/2 tsp
  • 1/2 tsp
  • 1 tsp
    garlic powder
  • 1
    mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 lb
    loaf cocktail rye

How to Make Hanky Panky Squares


  1. Saute sausage and drain on paper towels.
  2. In large frying pan saute ground beef and drain.
  3. Combine sausage and cheese with ground beef and cook until cheese is melted.
  4. Add worcestershire sauce, oregano, salt, pepper, garlic powder and blend well.
  5. Spread on cocktail rye and sprinkle shredded mozzarella on top.
  6. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.
  7. These can be made ahead and frozen.
  8. Bake for 12 minutes if frozen.
