This is another always on the menu for our Sunday Night Dinner Appetizer meal. Everyone loves these, even the picky eaters!

1 lb
hot bulk pork sausage
1 lb
lean ground beef
1 lb
soft cheddar cheese, cut in blocks
1 tsp
worcestershire sauce
1 tsp
1/2 tsp
1/2 tsp
1 tsp
garlic powder
mozzarella cheese, shredded
1 lb
loaf cocktail rye

How to Make Hanky Panky Squares


  • 1Saute sausage and drain on paper towels.
  • 2In large frying pan saute ground beef and drain.
  • 3Combine sausage and cheese with ground beef and cook until cheese is melted.
  • 4Add worcestershire sauce, oregano, salt, pepper, garlic powder and blend well.
  • 5Spread on cocktail rye and sprinkle shredded mozzarella on top.
  • 6Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.
  • 7These can be made ahead and frozen.
  • 8Bake for 12 minutes if frozen.
