Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups leftover ham
- 1/2 cup bread and butter pickles
- 1/4 - onion
- 1 stalk celery plus leaves
- 5-6 stalks marinated asparagus
- 1/2-2/3 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 tablespoon dijon mustard
How To Make ham salad

Step 1Process ham in food processor. Remove to bowl. Process onion, celery, pickles and asparagus. Put in bowl with ham.

Step 2Mix in mayo and mustard. Serve with crackers or on sandwiches.
