Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cups leftover ham
  • 1/2 cup bread and butter pickles
  • 1/4 - onion
  • 1 stalk celery plus leaves
  • 5-6 stalks marinated asparagus
  • 1/2-2/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 tablespoon dijon mustard

How To Make ham salad

  • Step 1
    Process ham in food processor. Remove to bowl. Process onion, celery, pickles and asparagus. Put in bowl with ham.
  • Step 2
    Mix in mayo and mustard. Serve with crackers or on sandwiches.
