Perfect way to use those smaller pieces of leftover ham. Flavorful and a cinch to make.

Ingredients For ham salad

  • 2 1/2 c
    leftover ham
  • 1/2 c
    bread and butter pickles
  • 1/4
    onion
  • 1 stalk
    celery plus leaves
  • 5-6 stalk
    marinated asparagus
  • 1/2-2/3 c
    mayonnaise
  • 1/2 Tbsp
    dijon mustard

How To Make ham salad

  • 1
    Process ham in food processor. Remove to bowl. Process onion, celery, pickles and asparagus. Put in bowl with ham.

    Mix in mayo and mustard. Serve with crackers or on sandwiches.
