My mom used to make these every Christmas, Thanksgiving and Easter - and we always ran out! My niece still wants me to make them EVERY time I go to visit!

Ingredients

  • 1 package cream cheese (8 oz)
  • 1 jar sweet midget pickles drained (reserve 1t of pickle juice)
  • 1 package thinly sliced ham
  • 1/2 package italian dressing mix
  • 1 package round toothpicks for serving

How To Make ham rolls

  • Step 1
    Drain the pickles. Save 1T of the pickle juice.
  • Step 2
    Combine softened cream cheese, 1/2 pkg Italian dressing mix and pickle juice.
  • Step 3
    Remove ham from pkg. slice in half.
  • Step 4
    Spread ham with cream cheese mixture. Roll the pickle in the ham.
  • Step 5
    Secure with a toothpick. Chill until ready to enjoy.
  • Step 6
    If you have friends that do not like pickles, I have stuffed these with green onion or jalapeno slices. I LOVE the pickles though.
