I received this recipe from a co-worker many years ago and it is a big hit with my family.

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 tablespoon onion, grated
  • 1 teaspoon horseradish
  • dash worcestershire sauce
  • 8 ounces pkg. sliced, cooked ham
  • 1 jar dill pickle spears

How To Make ham roll-ups

  • Step 1
Blend softened cream cheese, onion, horseradish and Worcestershire sauce until spreading consistency.
  • Step 2
Lay out slices of ham, individually and spread with cream cheese mixture.
  • Step 3
Place dill pickle spear, width wise, across the ham slice and roll up.
  • Step 4
Chill rolled up ham. Slice into 1-inch pieces and secure with a toothpick. **You can also use cheese sticks in place of the pickle spears for a change.
