Ingredients

1 lb sliced smoked deli ham
1 cup grated smoked gouda cheese
¼ cup mayonnaise
1½ tbsp dijon mustard
1½ tbsp minced fresh thyme
water crackers
fresh parsley, for garnish

How to Make Ham Pate

Step-by-Step

  • 1In work bowl of food processor, combine ham, Gouda, mayonnaise, mustard and thyme; pulse 1 minute or until mixture is smooth. Place in serving bowl. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired. Serve at once with crackers. Makes about 10 servings
