- - 1 lb sliced smoked deli ham
- - 1 cup grated smoked gouda cheese
- - ¼ cup mayonnaise
- - 1½ tbsp dijon mustard
- - 1½ tbsp minced fresh thyme
- - water crackers
- - fresh parsley, for garnish
How To Make ham pate

Step 1In work bowl of food processor, combine ham, Gouda, mayonnaise, mustard and thyme; pulse 1 minute or until mixture is smooth. Place in serving bowl. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired. Serve at once with crackers. Makes about 10 servings
