Ingredients

  • - 1 lb sliced smoked deli ham
  • - 1 cup grated smoked gouda cheese
  • - ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • - 1½ tbsp dijon mustard
  • - 1½ tbsp minced fresh thyme
  • - water crackers
  • - fresh parsley, for garnish

How To Make ham pate

  • Step 1
    In work bowl of food processor, combine ham, Gouda, mayonnaise, mustard and thyme; pulse 1 minute or until mixture is smooth. Place in serving bowl. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired. Serve at once with crackers. Makes about 10 servings
