  • 20 slice
    thinly sliced ham
  • 8 oz
    cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1 c
    pistachio nuts, chopped
  • 1/2 c
  • 2 Tbsp
    blue cheese

How to Make Ham & Cheese Roll Ups


  1. Combine cream cheese, pistachios, blue cheese and horseradish in blender
  2. Blend well until creamy
  3. Separate ham slices and spread mixture filling thinly on each ham slice
  4. Roll up jelly-roll fashion, cover with plastic wrap and chill
  5. Cut each ham roll into 3 or 4 pieces and serve
