Ingredients
- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 1 cup water
- 1 tablespoon parsley, finely chopped
- - kosher salt to taste
- 1 teaspoon crushed hot pepper, habanero
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 cup chicken, cooked, boneless, shredded
- 1 cup canola oil
How To Make haitian chicken fritters

Step 1Combine flour with water. Add hot pepper, parsley, and baking powder.

Step 2Let mixture rest for an hour. Add boneless, shredded chicken and salt.

Step 3Heat oil and drop in mixture by tablespoonfuls. Fry until golden brown. Then serve hot.
