Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons fresh ginger(grated)
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemongrass(white part only) minced
- 1 tablespoon garlic(minced)
- 2 ounces rice white vinegar
- 4 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon hot sauce(such as tabasco)
- 2 ounces lime juice(unsweetened)
- 1 tablespoon cilabtro(minced)
- 2 ounces canola oil
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 4 - boness chicken breasts
How To Make grilled chicken with ginger lemongrass marinade

Step 1Mix ginger, lemongrass, garlic, vinegar, brown sugar, and hot sauce in a saucepan and bring to a boil to dissolve the sugar.

Step 2Remove form heat and cool over an ice bath.

Step 3Add lime juice, cilantro, oil, slat, and pepper to mixture and whisk.

Step 4Place chicken in the marinade for 1 hr.

Step 5Remove breasts from the marinade. Grill or broil until cooked through.
