- 2 1/2 teaspoons mustard seed
- 2 teaspoons garlic salt
- 5 teaspoons meat tenderizer
- 2 1/2 teaspoons black pepper
- 1 1/2 teaspoons liquid smoke flavoring

Step 1Mix all ingredients, cover and place in refrigerator. ( over night )

Step 2Mix well each day for 4 days, on the fourth day work out all the bubbles.

Step 3Roll in foil to make three sticks place in a 175 degree oven for 5 hours, turn off oven and leave in oven 1 hour.
