filet mignon
1 pkg
cream cheese
2 Tbsp
horseradish sauce
1 pkg
baby arugula
1 pkg
grape tomatoes
1 small
salt and pepper to season the filet

How to Make Game Day Steak Bruschetta


  • 1Grill your filet mignon (4-5 minutes on each side); I prefer mine medium rare seasoned with salt and pepper. After the steak has rested, slice against the grain into quarter sized pieces.
  • 2Mix together room temperature cream cheese and horseradish sauce until creamy. You may add more or less horseradish depending on if your taste.
  • 3layer onto your bruschetta:

    horseradish cream, one leaf of baby arugula, a small piece of the filet and top with a half of a grape tomato. Garnish with chopped chives and serve. YUMMY!!!
