Ingredients
- 4 ounces filet mignon
- 1 package cream cheese
- 2 tablespoons horseradish sauce
- 1 package baby arugula
- 1 package grape tomatoes
- 1 small baguette
- pinch salt and pepper to season the filet
How To Make game day steak bruschetta

Step 1Grill your filet mignon (4-5 minutes on each side); I prefer mine medium rare seasoned with salt and pepper. After the steak has rested, slice against the grain into quarter sized pieces.

Step 2Mix together room temperature cream cheese and horseradish sauce until creamy. You may add more or less horseradish depending on if your taste.

Step 3layer onto your bruschetta: horseradish cream, one leaf of baby arugula, a small piece of the filet and top with a half of a grape tomato. Garnish with chopped chives and serve. YUMMY!!!
