This is a great go-2 game day appetizer that pleases everyone watching the game

Ingredients

  • 4 ounces filet mignon
  • 1 package cream cheese
  • 2 tablespoons horseradish sauce
  • 1 package baby arugula
  • 1 package grape tomatoes
  • 1 small baguette
  • pinch salt and pepper to season the filet

How To Make game day steak bruschetta

  • Step 1
    Grill your filet mignon (4-5 minutes on each side); I prefer mine medium rare seasoned with salt and pepper. After the steak has rested, slice against the grain into quarter sized pieces.
  • Step 2
    Mix together room temperature cream cheese and horseradish sauce until creamy. You may add more or less horseradish depending on if your taste.
  • Step 3
    layer onto your bruschetta: horseradish cream, one leaf of baby arugula, a small piece of the filet and top with a half of a grape tomato. Garnish with chopped chives and serve. YUMMY!!!
