gala pecan spread, megan's & mom's
I used to love this when Mom made this, and so for my first Thanksgiving married, I made it in a disposable pan and 4x the ingredients. To my surprise, nobody ate it, so I was very thankful to take the majority of it home! I guess if it isn't dessert for the in-laws, or turkey, it isn't getting eaten!

Ingredients
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 3 ounces dried beef (i use buddig)
- 1/2 cup diced green pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
- 2 tablespoons onion flakes
- - dash tabasco
- 1/4 cup chopped pecans

Step 1Mix all but pecans. Sprinkle with pecans and bake at 325 degrees for 20 min. Serve hot with triscuits.
