Fried Pork Won Tons
1/2 lbground, unseasoned pork
2 Tbspsoy sauce
1green onion, very thinly sliced
1 clovegarlic, minced
1egg, lightly beaten
1 pkgcommercial wonton wrappers
1 ccold water
How to Make Fried Pork Won Tons
- Combine first 5 ingredients and mix well.
- Place pork mixture by teaspoonfuls into the center of each won ton. Moisten edges of wonton with cold water to help seal it.
- Fold over diagonally covering the pork mixture. Bring sides up to center to form kind of a trangular shaped envelope. Drop won tons into hot peanut oil and deep fry until golden and crispy.
- serve with sweet & sour or duck sauce for dipping.
