These are so delicious! Occasionally I make them as an appetizer to go with the Chinese food I make. Love them!

Ingredients
- 1/2 pound ground, unseasoned pork
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 - green onion, very thinly sliced
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 - egg, lightly beaten
- 1 package commercial wonton wrappers
- 1 cup cold water
How To Make fried pork won tons

Step 1Combine first 5 ingredients and mix well.

Step 2Place pork mixture by teaspoonfuls into the center of each won ton. Moisten edges of wonton with cold water to help seal it.

Step 3Fold over diagonally covering the pork mixture. Bring sides up to center to form kind of a trangular shaped envelope. Drop won tons into hot peanut oil and deep fry until golden and crispy.

Step 4serve with sweet & sour or duck sauce for dipping.
