How to Make French Canadian Creton
- Combine pork, onion, and garlic in pan and simmer over medium heat 1 hour.
- Add cinnamon and cloves and cook 30 minutes more.
- Add bread crumbs and cook 15 more minutes.
- Drain in colander.
- Pack tightly in small containers and refrigerate. Serve cold as a spread for crackers.
