Ingredients
- 1 pound ground pork
- 2 - onions, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon cloves
- 1 cup dry bread crumbs

Step 1Combine pork, onion, and garlic in pan and simmer over medium heat 1 hour.

Step 2Add cinnamon and cloves and cook 30 minutes more.

Step 3Add bread crumbs and cook 15 more minutes.

Step 4Drain in colander.

Step 5Pack tightly in small containers and refrigerate. Serve cold as a spread for crackers.
