- filet mignon, or steak tenderized
- italian dressing...for marinating steak
- salt,pepper, cayenne pepper,paprika..to taste in the flour and egg dredge
- peanut oil is the best, or lard

- 2cut steak in 2 inch strip.. roll up like a fruit rollup real tight... cut little fine slits in your roll..just a few to let the flavor of the bacon in...
- 3wrap bacon around your roll tight as you can get it or it will bust open in the grease..and we dont want it to be ugly :)
- 4run your rolls through the dredge::FLOUR ::EGG::FLOUR::GREASE.... cook like you would cook steak fingers...350 degrees oil...don't kill it...a little rare is good and juicy...
